Job Summary:

This candidate is required to deliver Employee Benefits (“EB”) quotations for Corporate Clients Solutions channel to grow the EB business and to support Corporate Clients Solutions sales and intermediaries to achieve respective top line targets, whilst maintaining a healthy EB combined ratio.

 

Key Responsibilities

EB Quotation for New Business and Renewal of Corporate Clients Solutions Portfolio:

  • Responsible to deliver quotations for EB group insurance business to support the business growth.
  • Observe reasonable expected turnaround-time of new business and renewal quotations, revision requested by intermediaries / clients.
  • Produce regular analysis on the EB portfolio to study the profitability, propose cost containment initiatives and preparation of claims management reports to be shared to respective stakeholders
  • Apply technical accuracy and continuously enhance the pricing methodology to perform thorough pricing analytics.

Key Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits and Pricing role.
  • Candidate require min Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Studies/Maths & Stats/Business Studies.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
