Looking for a role that allows you to take ownership of your work?

Undertake pricing, analysis, and monitoring work. Coordinate with other departments and workstreams to ensure appropriate support is provided to the business. Provide training and guidance to junior staffs, and develop pricing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop technical and commercial price for retail products
• Regular monitoring of portfolio performance
• Provide statistical and analytical support to business units
• Recommend pricing initiatives and assist in projects that support the company’s growth and profitability
• Perform financial impact analysis for pricing initiatives
• Prepare rate filing documentations to regulator
• Mentor, train and develop junior staffs and review their work

Key Requirements

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science or other Mathematics/Statistics based major
• Talents with 5 years of relevant work experience or more in General (Non-Life) Insurance
• Have experience in managing direct reports
• Good progress in internationally-recognized actuarial examinations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High learning agility and work efficiency
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills
• Strong computer application skills in Microsoft Office product suite and programming language (Python, SAS)
