 ROLE PURPOSE:

 

The Regional HR Technology & Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Global Head of HR Operations to manage and deliver all functional products and services to assigned regional business units (BUs).  This role will be the single point of contact for their assigned region to ensure harmonized processes are driven at a local level for all HR Operations functions. 
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Service Bus across all HR Operations Functions via defined products & services.
  • Ensure BU adherence to HR processes and policies by constant review of processes being done at local level with the help of the responsible regional/local CoE teams
  • Review possible opportunities for standardization of processes across the region to deliver on efficiencies
  • Drive operational processes on topics such  as  HR Minimum Requirements to ensure that all BUs adhere to the Global HR Requirements
  • Ensure BUs have a clear understanding and are positioned to adhere to global compliance, risk, and data privacy standards
  • Ensure proper risk control measures are in place
  • Follow up with local BUs on all open Audit topics to ensure timely closure
  • Responsible to conduct ad-hoc audits of BU to ensure all compliance and HR minimum standards are met
  • Drive strategic projects at a local level pertaining to the HR Ops area such as Payroll optimization, FTE tracking etc.
  • Responsible to keep checks on local BU to ensure that they maintain the OrgStreamlining Norms and do not deviate from norms while hiring, re-organizing the teams
  • Validate data quality such as reporting managers, and have constant discussions with BUs on topics pertaining to the Orgstreamlining Norms.
  • Ensure that the ToM structure across all functions is maintained in the BUs and no changes happen with the required approval process
  • Ensure all BUs use the HR SF system effectively and look for opportunities to automate processes
  • Ensure that all required reporting standards are derived from the SF system
  • Handle all discussion with Allianz Group HR Platform management team for various system issues and change requests needed.
  • Run various Governance meetings within the regions to steer required changes

 

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS:

 

    • 8+ years of relevant functional work experience 
    • HR Tech background is mandatory. 
    • BA/BS degree in Business or HR Management
    • Passionate about the accuracy, consistent processes, efficiency, and effective tracking & maintenance of data
    • Functional knowledge in the full spectrum of HR, from Hire to Retire (recruiting, talent, rewards, performance, etc.)
    • Should have HR system knowledge ideally SF
    • Has a keen liking for working on a system landscape
    • Fluent in English with very strong verbal and written skills
    • Use general office application tools e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
