Key responsibilities/What you do

Working within the HR Shared Services organization in close collaboration with the People Centre of Excellence (CoE) and reporting to the Team Lead, Recruitment Services, in this role you will assist with/ manage the end to end recruitment of positions for Allianz Partners.

 

As the Recruitment Services Specialist, you will partner with our global hiring managers and the global recruitment partners to develop detailed success profiles and job requirements in order to attract/ target candidates to the vacancies which could be located around the world. You will provide your market knoweldge on the best sourcing strategy and assist managers by screening for fit and providing recommendations of candidates to support with nomination of candidates and provide a true partnership and efficient process.

 

Additionally you will be responsible for

  • creating an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer/ onboarding
  • building and maintaining pipeline for passive or unsuccessful candidates
  • managing internal and external posting of positions
  • coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and the hiring managers
  • conducting the appropriate pre-employment checks for the candidates who have been successful in the interview process
  • managing company approved social media for recruitment purposes as per the specified guidelines
  • working to identify today's and tomorrow's staffing needs; anticipating, designing and implementing recruitment strategy to meet these needs
  • acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the to hiring managers and global HR community
  • developing and deploying a variety of cost-effective sourcing channels - generating a diversity of candidates, attracting highly competitive talent, building of university relationships and identifying new strategic sourcing opportunities

Key requirements/What you bring

  • Proven experince in managing end to end recruitment processes
  • Experience in facilitating behaviourial interviews, use of assessments and new ways of assessing candidates suitabilty
  • Be experienced in using strategic sourcing methods to proactive source for candidates and building recruitment campaigns
  • Prior use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads
  • Strong ability to influence and show resilience navigating through demand and business requirements
  • Strong communicatoin skills, verbal and written in English is a must. Additoinal languages are a plus
