We have a varied and interesting portfolio of projects and programmes at Allianz UK and we atre looking for and experienced business change manager who will be responsible for all business change activities and change transformation on one or several of our strategic business projects/programmes. 



To be a success in this role, you will have change management skills including extensive experience managing all change activities such as strategic communications, business readiness, User Acceptance Testing and change embedding, as well as the following:

  • Substantial experience within project and change delivery, having worked on a variety of projects of different types and sizes.
  • Experience of using various change management techniques and methodologies
  • Expert understanding of change management and implementing people, process and systems change
  • Experience of working across several lines of business
  • Understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and influence across all levels
  • Excellent Communication skills at all levels of an organisation
  • Exemplary Stakeholder management and influencing skills and ability to lead and influence steering meetings with senior leadership team if needed
  • Ability to delegate and support remote workers and suppliers


Educated to degree level or holder of further professional qualifications
Change management professional qualifications such as Prosci preferred but not essential
