• Manages all communication activities for Allianz Technology to present and maintain a positive image within the Allianz group and the external market
• Handles the communication with Allianz Technology employees and establishes and cultivates the dialog with internal and external stakeholders
• Researches, develops, plans, maintains and implements policies, programs and communication structures that enhance Allianz Technology's relations with the community, stakeholders and employees
• Develops and leads an effective communication plan and ensures appropriate communication for designated projects and activities in line with the overarching corporate communications strategy
• Detects, monitors and manages crisis and reputational risks and advises management on communications issues

Skills/Experience

• Being capable to plan or support large campaigns and understanding their effect on the organization
• Relevant work experience in communications, social media, PR, event management or similar
• Certification as communicator is desirable but not essential 
• Other qualifications in e.g. journalistic training, event management, PR , graphic design, web design and video is desirable but not essential
