The role

Designs best practice incentive and benefit schemes to attract, motivate and retain top talent in support of its business and talent strategy. Advises executive committee on any compensation and benefits matters, particularly in executive area and non-executives (if not ruled by collective agreement). Develops and implements effective performance management.


Main tasks

  • Ensure effective Performance Management process, align pay and performance.
  • Operate C&B processes in accordance with annual cycle of HR activities and local laws and regulations.
  • Expert understanding of various local compensation practices, external benchmarks and industry standards
  • Build comp capability in the regions and at local levels
  • Develop best practice compensation programmes in line with Allianz Group and Business Strategy
  • Ensure compliance with reward governance regulations globally
  • Provide guidelines for and support an effective Performance Management culture

  • Develop and operate most effective compensation and performance processes to support the BU’s and Group’s talent strategy.



  • 5+ years working experience in C&B functions
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Mastery in Excel and fluent in English is a must   
  • Former experience in Corporate / Group C&B functions and be Comfortable in Matrix environment are plus
