The Investment Portfolio Compliance (IPC) Guideline Management team is part of the Global Legal & Compliance & Risk department. This team ensures that regulatory, client and internal investment restrictions for European retail and institutional funds are compliant. IPC considers itself partners to Portfolio Management, Client Services and Product teams to achieve excellence across the entire Investment Compliance process chain.

Join us as Working Student Investment Portfolio Compliance Guideline Management (m/f/d) from October 1st in Frankfurt am Main.

 What you do:

You are responsible for actively supporting the team in its daily business as well as project works. This mainly comprises:

• The support of change projects and daily business (analysis tasks, management reporting, documentation etc.)
• Performing quality control checks
• Regular creation and execution of reports
• Proactively improving our run processes by the use of VBA and/or other technology
• Review of prospectus and investment guidelines

You are a perfect fit for us if you:

• Are reliable, precise, analytic and service-orientated
• Are enrolled in a relevant academic programme (e.g. Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics or similar) and must have completed at least the first year of university studies
• Have good command of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel, PowerBI
• Have programming skills (e.g. VBA, SQL)
• Are fluent in spoken and written English (German preferred as well)
• Are motivated, can work without close supervision and have self-starting capabilities
• Are curious, ask the right questions and challenge the status quo
• Have first practical experience
• Are available for 6+ months on 20hrs/week basis
