What you will do

Dein Aufgabenfeld ist vielfältig, international und bietet einen tiefen Einblick in das institutionelle Fondsgeschäft:

• Unser Team ist der zentrale Anlaufpunkt für externe Portfoliomanager aus aller Welt
• Du koordinierst die Arbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen, um effiziente und effektive Abläufe in den allen Bereichen des institutionellen Fondsgeschäfts zu gewährleisten - einschließlich Risikomanagement, Investment Compliance, Trade Support und Buchhaltung
• Du behältst die Einhaltung der Anlagerichtlinien in den Portfolios im Auge, klärst eventuelle Verstöße mit den Portfoliomanagern und der Compliance-Abteilung und beurteilst deren finanzielle Auswirkungen
• Darüber hinaus arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Kundenbetreuern zusammen, um individuell zugeschnittene Lösungen (z.B. Berichte, Daten) zu entwickeln, die genau auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind
• Die Verantwortung für die (administrative) Betreuung von Master-KVG-Mandaten für unsere institutionellen Kunden bildet den Kern dieser Position.

What you bring

• Immatrikulierter Student der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung) - mindestens zwei abgeschlossene Semester
• Interesse am Asset Management, idealerweise nachgewiesen durch Praktika
• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch) sind ein Muss
• Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Programmierkenntnisse in VBA und Python sind ein Plus
• Kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation und Teamarbeit.
