The Regulatory Reporting Services team comprises the service lines 3rd Party Reporting and Legal Documents. We are mainly responsible for regulatory reporting for third-party clients with a focus on Solvency II or CRR/CRD reporting as well as the preparation of key information documents according to PRIIPS or UCITS, annual reports and sales prospectuses for various clients. To strengthen our Team and to support us with the current challenges, we are looking for a Senior Portfolio Data Analyst, who is able to take over the service ownership and become the main contact for our international clients.
You can expect an excellently staffed and motivated team of experts and an international environment with flat hierarchies. In addition, we offer an extensive onboarding program to support your entry into IDS GmbH.



  • Main contact person and subject matter expert for our international clients
  • Support of the standard and ad-hoc customer inquiries for the creation of KIDs according to PRIIPs requirements on the basis of in-house solutions and commercial systems; ensuring regular data delivery to our international customers in accordance with the service level agreements;
  • Identification and realization of optimization potential in the affected processes (Continuous Service Improvement); assessment and analysis of technical and process-related problems; insuring data quality (including root cause analysis) on all steps of the process
  • Implementation of new regulatory requirements in cooperation with other interdisciplinary teams



  • Several years of relevant professional experience in regulatory reporting or a comparable sector; PRIIPs knowledge is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of capital markets and investment management
  • Expertise in handling of complex SQL queries and VBA applications
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Independent way of working, strong sense of responsibility and ownership, ability to see the big picture paying attention to the details at the same time
  • Customer-oriented, proactive and open-minded leadership style
  • Passionate about learning in a changing environment while delivering results
  • Successfully completed technical or university degree in business administration, business mathematics, business informatics and / or comparable professional experience
  • Business fluency in English; German is an advantage
