We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Outsourcing Oversight Manager (f/m/d). This position is based in our Frankfurt office and reports directly into the Head of Enterprise Data & Process Office.

 

Withing this exciting role, you will be responsible to take the contract and vendor compliance capability to the next level. You will operate at multiple levels within the organization, designing and implementing a multidisciplinary oversight framework, closely handling Business Owners and process partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Be responsible for the extension and evolution of the contract and vendor compliance framework including, but not limited to standards, processes, systems, templates, methods

  • Set the compliance standards for contracts and outsourcing relationships jointly with other process owners (e.g. Data Privacy, Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Information Security, Business Resilience, Vendor Management)

  • Enact oversight and central coordination of key regulatory, business agnostic processes (e.g. pre-screening, initial and regular due diligence, risk assessment, exercise audit rights)

  • Define, provide and evolve contract and vendor compliance reporting capabilities for senior management

  • Conduct independent spot checks of individual contract relationships with regards to their compliance status

  • Guide, advise and supervise Business Owners to identify non-compliant contract relationships and recommend required actions to accurate deviations

  • Act as key counterpart to Risk Management, Legal and Compliance for the holistic oversight framework and for adoption of new regulations impacting contracts

  • Continuously integrate the contract and vendor compliance framework into the overall compliance framework for business applications, contracts and vendors

 

Key requirements:

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management or related field of study

  • Knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements in the financial services industry

  • Proven ability to transfer regulatory requirements into operational processes Experience in analyzing, implementing and supervising regulatory requirements

  • Multiple years of experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management, Outsourcing Management or other related roles

  • Ability to develop practical guidelines and templates by combining regulatory understanding with business and process knowledge

  • Experience in running large size (international) projects or programs and in introducing and leading change

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive and client-centric approach, combining diplomacy and assertiveness

  • Superb interpersonal skills to be applied in conveying impactful recommendations to senior management / partners

  • Proficiency in English required, further languages would be highly helpful
