We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to expand our DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Marketing team with a focus on the Swiss market, as well as on rolling out a global marketing campaign. The position is based in our Frankfurt office.


You will join a team which is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the marketing and communications strategies for targeted wholesale and institutional clients, such as banks, insurance companies and financial intermediaries and which develops these strategies in tandem with EMEA distribution entities. Within this exciting role, you will put our marketing vision into play while using your experience and ideas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing forward-looking marketing concepts and projects (in both German and English) tailored to the targeted audience
  • Setting up strategic-conceptual marketing plans and implementing them in the area of responsibility
  • Crafting, planning and implementing marketing campaigns along the lines of suitable marketing tools, both conventional and digital
  • Media planning and monitoring
  • Working closely with other internal partners (e.g. Sales, Public Relations, Product Specialists, Portfolio Managers and Compliance) and with global marketing units
  • Selecting and supervising agencies and external service providers
  • Planning and monitoring of marketing budgets


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Academic degree with a focus on Marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, also possible in an agency environment
  • Top project management skills, results-oriented approach, out-of-the-box thinking for innovative projects in a constantly shifting environment
  • Experience in crafting and implementing international market campaigns
  • Close affinity for digital topics
  • Understanding of the needs of distribution partners and customers as well as an affinity for sales
  • Keen interest in monitoring the market and the competition and developing suitable approaches
  • Interest in financial markets and the marketing of asset management products
  • A proactive and committed teammate with a high degree of initiative, assertiveness, pragmatism and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communications skills, resiliency and flexibility
  • Proficiency in German and English
