As a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) you are part of a diverse and highly motivated service management team that aims to provide the best services for our international clients with an emphasis on index data and benchmark lifecycles. You play a key role in the client relationship management, including the management of service deliveries, service improvements and service performance. Apart from that you will be involved in various projects, strategic planning and the design of new services.
Start date as soon as possible. We offer an extensive onboarding program to support your entry into IDS GmbH.



  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned asset management clients
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Communicate client needs and demands within IDS operating and project teams
  • Support and consult colleagues concerning benchmark related topics and provision of data
  • Manage client service level agreements (SLA) and budgets
  • Member of various projects



  • University degree in economics, business administration, mathematics and/or equivalent experience in finance
  • Professional experience in the area of index data and asset management benchmarks
  • Strong service attitude and customer orientation
  • Basic negotiation skills and confident manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of analytical thinking, motivation, autonomy and an above-average willingness to perform
  • Fluent in English, and German is an advantage
