We are looking for you! We are hiring for an Analyst - Advisory Desk (f/m/d). This position is based in Frankfurt. The functional, role sits within the Advisory Desk Team in Germany.

The Advisory Desk provides trade execution services for external Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and AllianzGI Institutional Distribution team through Bloomberg AIM platform (> 120 funds). Furthermore, executes subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions for all AllianzGI managed German Spezialfonds. In addition, the Team performs and maintains a Provider Oversight Model for outsourced “trade capture” and EMIR transaction reporting for external managed funds (ca. 90 external Manager)

The role of the Operations Manager focuses on trade processes through Bloomberg, co-ordination with internal and external stakeholder across Europe and drive automation and harmonization of trade related support processes. 

What you will do

1. Trade execution

• Receive, enter, and place trades in Bloomberg AIM. Perform pre trade compliance check and as 4-eyes principal validation.
• Maintain Governance and Oversight Framework and policies.
• Execute subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions.
• Perform position and portfolio rebalancing tasks according stakeholder instruction.
• Process and instruct Corporate Actions

2. Stakeholder Coordination

• Clarify trade related deviations, compliance breaches, and requests between client/Advisor, Manager, Custodian Bank, and Back Office.
• Coordinate internal and external Provider requests, issues, incidents.

What you bring

• Knowledge of the asset management process value chain with focus on middle and back office (especially fund accounting, custodians, institutional investors, brokers)
• Very good knowledge and professional experience in the German Master KVG business
• Capital market as well as exchange related knowledge is an asset
• Very good knowledge of Bloomberg anywhere/AIM
• Professional experience analyzing of processes for risks
• Very good communication skills 
• Ability to deal with internal / external clients at senior levels
• Strong intercultural skills and sensitivity
• Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity
• Team spirit, proactive and committed working style
• Ability to work calmly under pressure of deadlines
• Fluent in German & English
