We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented IT Compliance Manager (f/m/d). This position is based in our Frankfurt office.

 

The IT Compliance Manager will operate at multiple levels within the organization leading and participating in IT compliance projects, owning and improving the IT compliance processes, conducting risk assessments as well as guiding policy creation and maintenance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide guidance for authoring compliance standards and other supporting documentation in close alignment with the policy owners and Legal & Compliance
  • Operate and maintain a compliance calendar, which includes compliance timelines
  • Be responsible for the inventory/business repository of regulatory relevant information and verify compliance status on a regular basis
  • Supervise remediation status of non-compliant regulated objects and recommend required actions to accurate those deviations
  • Provide regulatory compliance reporting to senior management

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

 

  • Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering or related field of study
  • Deep knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
  • Expertise in analysing, implementing and supervising regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge in developing, improving and maintaining structured reports
  • Experience in running large size (international) projects or programs and in introducing and leading change
  • Proficiency in English, further languages such as German would be highly beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and client-centric approach, combining diplomacy and assertiveness
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with various teams
  • Excellent communication skills to be applied in conveying impactful recommendations to senior management/ partners
