Job Purpose/Role


Are you passionate about finance and sales topics and like to gain insights into all aspects of the asset management business? Then our working student position is an excellent opportunity to put your knowledge and personality into practice. We offer the chance to develop your proficiencies and experiences in an exciting and ambitious environment. Within our Distribution Management team, you will work on Distribution Strategy and Sales Management tasks on a global reach, based in Frankfurt am Main.



Key Responsibilities


As a working student you will support our day-to-day business and will have project-related work, thereby you gain an understanding of the industry and our business as well as develop interpersonal and technical know-how:

  • Assist our Distribution Management Team in the preparation and analysis of sales performance
  • information from different data sources, including our Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Conduct market analysis in regards to asset classes, client segments and regions
  • Define and measure the success global product campaigns and support regional go-to-market strategies
  • Support the development of distribution partnerships and associated market analyses


Key Requirements/ Skills/ Experience


Given the exposure provided in this role, you need to enjoy working and learning in a diverse and highly energetic environment. In particular, we are looking for the following capabilities / experiences:

  • You are enrolled in an accredited college or university studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • preferably in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
  • Additionally you should embrace strategic thinking and a structured approach to problem solving
  • You have sophisticated computer literacy in MS-Office (esp. Powerpoint and Excel) and also strong
  • analytical skills
  • A reliable, detailed and service-oriented working attitude as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • An outstanding command of German and English, written and spoken
