We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Finance Workforce Controlling Specialist (f/m/d). The position is based in our Frankfurt office.

 

Within this exciting role, you will join the Financial Planning & Analytics function and act as Workforce Analyst. You will ensure the timely provision of high-quality reports on internal and external workforce and drive meaningful analytics. You will be part of a global team in an agile environment offering plenty of opportunities to develop technically and personally.
Depending on your previous experience, your responsibilities can be broadened.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure quality of data on internal as well as external workforce in close collaboration with respective departments
  • Gather, improve and explore large data sets from different sources and extract useful insights
  • Interpret and visualize findings and results in comprehensive presentations to different audiences
  • Develop and optimize processes and tools for data validation and report generation
  • Support budget and planning process for workforce and related expenses
  • Support team members and ad hoc requests as needed

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer or Natural sciences or related field of study
  • Preferable is some experience in an entry or intern role, however we welcome candidates with more seniority as well
  • Ability to manipulate and synthesize large amounts of data, conduct impact analysis and summarize results for recommendation required
  • Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI otherwise willingness to learn and ultimately master these tools
  • Advanced knowledge in setting up, maintaining and enhancing data bases, in particular SQL is a plus
  • Passion for new technologies and determination to go the extra mile
  • Proficiency in English, additional German skills are a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and passion for data and analytics
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to easily communicate sophisticated ideas
