JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Join our team “Analytics Data Provision” and become part of a motivated team of experts in an international environment with flat hierarchies. We are responsible for delivering reliable services in a dynamic environment, providing our clients with timely and quality assured portfolio data. Your role is to support us in the daily delivery of our performance related services, resolve any issues along the way and further improve our processes. Thereby you help to ensure that the services are produced efficiently and according to our clients’ needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quality assurance of performance related portfolio and transaction data for providing downstream services with high-quality data
  • Data investigations related to client inquiries about portfolio performance
  • Resolving service disruptions and data quality issues as quickly as possible
  • Ensuring smooth data processing in close cooperation with the team, developers and external providers
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing implementation of process improvements
  • Support of optimization measures with a focus on process automation and data quality
  • Participation in projects as well as the transfer to production
  • Managing service providers (preparation of work instructions, support of handover, monitoring proper task execution)

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in finance, economics, business administration, business information technology and/or an equivalent experience in finance
  • First financial know-how, especially in the context of investment and portfolio data
  • High data affinity, preferably some experience with relational databases (SQL)
  • Experience in working with or management of service providers is an advantage
  • Strong service attitude, autonomy and process-oriented thinking
  • Team player mentality, creativity and problem-solving skills
  • High level of analytical thinking, motivation, reliability and personal responsibility
  • Customer and service-oriented appearance
  • Fluent in German and English
