We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Senior HR Generalist (f/m/d). The position is based in our Frankfurt office.

 

Within this exciting role will be part of a global HR team and support in bringing existing HR admin processes to the next level. You will be jointly responsible for the smooth running of all administrative and transactional HR processes. As a Senior HR Generalist within a truly global company, you will work closely with the different departments and across cultural boarders.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Create value by operational excellence in day-to-day administration and automate as well as integrate processes and HR IT systems
  • Support or lead small and mid-size projects to drive innovation and change within People Services area
  • Be responsible for the constancy and implementation of our harmonised HR processes as well as their proper documentation
  • Ensure adherence with given audit and compliance requirements for your area of responsibility
  • Carry out administrative and transactional activities over the entire life cycle of the employees independently and with a high degree of reliability (e.g. contract management or system-based data maintenance). This also includes the continuous maintenance and quality assurance of HR master data in Germany
  • Process and advise on all administrative issues of managers and employees and efficiently support HR Business Partners in the implementation of their advisory tasks
  • Question constantly the status quo (further development, automation and digitalisation of the HR Admin processes). The contribution of your creative ideas and your continuous striving for innovation within the framework of the HR service delivery model is essential here

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Excellent academic degree with focus on HR or comparable field of study
  • Ideally at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience - preferably in the shared service
  • Up-to-date knowledge of German labour and social security law
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in using the MS Office package and SAP HCM. Knowledge of SuccessFactors and a general IT affinity are an advantage
  • Open-minded, creative teammate with intercultural competence and high degree of self-motivation and entrepreneurial mentality, ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities and cope with pressure
  • Distinctly solution-oriented, structured, independent and proactive way of working
