Job Scope:

Oversee the Facilities Management services.

These services are important and critical to the daily operations in all of our Allianz Operating Entities in Singapore with about 800 employees. Manage a team of about 10 employees with a mix of internal staff and external vendor. The team is highly engaged and motivated to achieve outstanding customer service quality.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

-    Lead a team of Facilities Management (FM) staff in overseeing FM operations carried out by outsourced service providers.
-    Ensure the outsourced service providers execute scheduled maintenance as planned and attend to all feedback on maintenance needs in a timely manner.
-    Formulate inspection programs regularly with service providers in meeting operational needs.
-    Ensure that stakeholders’ service requests are attended promptly and oversee efficient and effective service delivery in accordance to Service Level Agreement (SLA).
-    Ensure timely revenue, cost planning & communication to all stakeholders.
-    Maintain and monitor annual operating budget and explore continuous improvement opportunities.
-    Liaise and advise stakeholders on minor A&A work requests and projects.
-    Manage all FM-related contracts including timely renewal, recharging, calling of new tenders, preparation and compilation of tender specifications and documents.
-    Tenancy representative in liaison with building management and landlord.
-    Align and support BCM team in their Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
-    Any other ad hoc tasks.


Requirements:

•    Diploma or equivalent
•    Must be fluent in written and spoken English
•    Proven track record in similar roles and responsibilities
•    Effective communication, presentation and networking skills  
•    Independent, self-motivated and team player
•    Possess high integrity, meticulous and able to multi-task
•    Proficient in MS Office
