Role Overview

Support the Sales Enablement Manager in relation to the provision of a wide range of marketing services, in the development of projects and client documentation.


Future Challenges

  • Bring additional efficiency to established processes and to the production/design of a growing number of client documents, while delivering a consistently high level of quality output and client support. 
  • Assist in selecting and managing service partners to maximize spend, productivity and quality outputs.

Main Tasks

  • Manage the creation/update of our standard policy documents as well as tailored (client specific) documents. 
  • Operate as a client champion and make sure that documentation produced is client-friendly and helpful.
  • Make suggestions for improvements to our policy documents, services and internal processes. 
  • Manage the marketing tasks/outputs required for the delivery of key projects such as new market entry and insurer partnerships, liaising with relevant team members and other departments as required, proposing solutions to content/layout problems and making decisions within role boundaries.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders to garner information and support for key projects/cross departmental collaboration. 
  • Liaise with internal graphic designers in order to have the documents designed; proofread the PDFs and make sure that they are correct and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Work closely with the internal graphic designers for design creativity and quality within Allianz style and brand guidelines.
  • Manage the creation, maintenance and update of the system automated letters, emails and other templates.
  • Support the team with efficient processes, KPIs and reporting.

  • Conscientious about content quality, effectiveness, clarity and appropriateness.

Experience Required

  • English native speaker.
  • Degree in Marketing.
  • A minimum of four years of marketing experience is required, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proven experience in managing document production projects
