We are recruiting for a Motor Injury Claims Handler to join our team, based in Dublin. As an employer we understand the ambition of our employees to accelerate their career, wherever they are based. Your role will involve the pro-active handling and management of a portfolio of bodily injury claims from notification through to settlement.  Our handlers are given the autonomy to manage their portfolio through the entire claims journey, providing you with exposure and experience to shape your career.

Reporting to the Motor Bodily Injury Claims manager, your team will actively support each other in providing a best-in-class Claims experience

 

 

What’s Involved:

  • Proactive management of claims from First Notification to settlement
  • Gain experience in evaluating liability through desktop investigation
  • Negotiate settlement of claims directly with claimants and solicitors
  • Exposure to litigation handling with the opportunity to attend Court for hearings, settlement and other consultations
  • Collaborate with the Fraud Claims team to identify potential instances of fraud
  • Build your experience and knowledge through continuous learning and development opportunities

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Motor Damage Claims Handling
  • CIP, Dip CII, Grandfathered or ACII qualification.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service delivery and strong communication skills
  • Understanding of technical claims processes and procedures

 

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience and interest in Bodily injury Claims handling
