Role Overview
Allianz Partners’ Policy Management team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project and Technical supervisor who will work in conjunction with Policy Management Team to deliver KPI’s and strategic objectives for the Department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of international health with Allianz and Policy Management and a proven track in delivering projects and people management. The role will involve working closely with our Technical team and Policy Management Leadership Team to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.



  • Be a
  • Represent Policy Management in ongoing projects providing subject matter expertise and UAT where required to ensure the successful delivery of requirements.
  • Take ownership of all Project Management requirements on behalf of Policy Management 
  • Work closely with our technical team to ensure team are supported and contribute to success of the Dept.
  • Lead, manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff through regular team and individual meetings. Carry out individual performance management in order to maintain and improve productivity and quality. 
  • Identify, define and prioritize process improvement opportunities streamlining work and processes.
  • Identify and deal effectively with all emergent issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Production of various daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when required by management.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with brokers, clients, TPA’s, internal stakeholders and other departments. Attend client / broker meetings where required.
  • Lead, manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff through regular 1-1 meetings. Promote and develop leadership styles, Behaviors and Technical Competencies.
  • Consistently go the extra mile on a day to day basis and take ownership and accountability for the success of our Policy Management Teams
  • Follow company Performance Management and Development policies.
  • Foster and maintain staff morale, and promote staff personal development.
  • Proactively sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Contribute positively to motivation and morale within the team. Identify obstacles within the team and resolve these 
  • Work on ad hoc projects as and when required requesting Technical Team support if necessary. Have the ability to handle both behavioral and technical issues with the team and communicate to management.
  • Have visibility across your team, department and AWP globally.  Build your network and get involved in other projects.
  • Continually monitor and review processes and procedures, including systems processes, and recommend the necessary enhancements when required.
  • Communicate and act as a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa.
  • Promote high Customer Service and Quality ethos on the team
