Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the high volume customer support recruitment end-to-end, specific focus will be placed on building pipeline of multilingual candidates In addition to sourcing, the successful incumbent will also manage the selection and offer process. Once fully fledged in this remit there will be the opportunity to support the Talent Acquisition Executives in sourcing for their roles or managing other vacancies/ locations including Brussels, Qatar and Dubai.
The successful candidate will report to the Recruitment Manager and display excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively. He/she will be involved with a range of activities including


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work closely with the team to develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase candidate pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals.
  • Utilize various techniques (Internet sourcing, exploring niche boards, resume mining, print media, networking, LinkedIn, etc) to find appropriate active and passive candidates
  • Perform data mining and proactive, outbound calls to reach and acquire active and passive candidates.
  • Review CVs and pre-screen candidates
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for the roles within remit


To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/ experience

  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience (either in agency or in-house)
  • Sourcing experience for a search firm or recruitment agency.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the employment market landscape.
  • Personal qualities that demonstrate leadership, confidence, sound judgment, enthusiasm, commitment and ethics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing and research skills in variety of media, including internet, print, and personal networking. Proficiency with web-based recruiting systems, internet tools and direct sourcing methods (i.e. LinkedIn, Databases, Social Media, etc).
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and practices.
  • Excellent interviewing skills and practices.
