Are you interested in working for one of the worlds leading insurance and financial services companies? We are looking for Digital & Automation Co-Ordinator within the Operations Support function to join our multicultural team based in Dublin 12.

 

Role Overview
The role of the Automation Co-Ordinator  is to ensure that Products and Provider Pricelists are mapped correctly & promptly, enabling optimum claims automation. They will also provide support across the team, on process optimization, customer excellence initiatives, communication and reporting,  to the Ops Leadership Team and Stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the prompt maintenance & delivery of Provider Pricelists Mapping to enable adjudication through the Claims Adjudication Rules Engine.
  • Ensure the prompt maintenance & delivery of Product Mapping to enable adjudication through the Claims Adjudication Rules Engine and to support customer experience initiatives
  • Liaise with MPM to ensure pricelists are provided within agreed timelines
  • Liaise with relevant departments across the business ensuring appropriate governance of processes that can affect auto adjudication
  • Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders, to ensure open sharing of knowledge & information
  • Provide support on process optimisation projects and represent Operations as a Subject Matter Expert as required.
  • Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant fields at all times.
  • Proactively participate and contribute to department strategies.
  • Ad hoc project work as and when required.

 

Experience Required

  • Minimun 2 years experience in Health Insurance
  • Experience in AzC Operations Processes (Claims expertise is preferable)
  • Good understanding of AzC Organisation and AzC Products
  • Ability to understand, interpret and convey technical information.
  • Results driven and solution oriented, ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with focus on high quality outputs
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders at a senior level
  • Strong computer skills are essential (high level skill with Microsoft Office products to include: PowerPoint/Excel/Word, as well as Outlook)
  • Works effectively on own initiative
  • Maintains a positive attitude in the face of adversity and competing priorities, ability to work well under pressure.
