The Opportunity

Reporting to the HR Core Team Manager , the successful candidate will co-ordinate and manage the implementation of numerous HR Transformation (HRT) projects (planning, coordination, testing, communication and implementation) and have responsibility for HR system management (data quality and technical support for Employee Central/Success Factors and Strandum).


They will also supporting the wider HR Core team on HR query management for employees, managers and third parties with a strong focus on HR system management, process efficiency and reporting ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory codes and internal policies and processes.


Role Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Systems Management

  • Manage and coordinate all HRT related projects from interaction with Allianz Group to planning, User Acceptance Testing, communication and implementation of relative HRT projects locally in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • HR Systems Management, ensure system data quality, governance and system links are in place
  • Evaluate effectiveness of HR systems and processes, recommend and implement improvements
  • Identify the operational needs for HR systems and introduce process and system improvements
  • Collaborate with local technical teams, and third party support to ensure efficiency of HR systems.


HR Service Delivery

  • Enable operating excellence by delivering the end-to-end experience across HR processes and employee query management including actively managing the HR mailbox.
  • Resolve queries, using policy and process information available and escalating to the HR Manager when appropriate
  • HR Service Delivery, suggest and implement improvements to HR workflows and processes
  • Support the Performance Management and salary planning processes
  • Support the on-boarding, benefit management, leaver and HR change process including HR system set up and exits.
  • Collate information for payroll, audit and regulatory reporting as required
  • Provide management information by creating and running reports with an ability to analyse data to support HR decision-making
  • Manage internal communications as required.
  • Provide support  for reward, benchmarking, HR metrics and HR reporting processes as requested
  • Create and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues across the business and with external providers
  • Work closely with the wider HR team including; HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Talent & Organisational Research
  • Other duties to support the HR Core team as appropriate


Skills & Experience Required


  • Experience working with SAP Success Factors : Employee Central
  • Strong MS Office and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving operational metrics or agreed SLAs



  • A relevant third level or professional qualification
  • Strandum (training will be provided)
  • JIRA UAT (training will be provided)
  • Add-on tools: AppNavi, Org Manager, Document Composer, Data Loader (training will be provided)
  • Service Now (training will be provided)
