-Main Tasks :
Develop internal business intelligence reports - including interactive business dashboards, strategic management reports, and ad hoc reports - on a prioritized basis.
Support HOO Ops Reporting & Analytics during entities reviews, group personnel visits, deep dives.
Enhance internal reporting by allowing us to provide more detailed and meaningful figures on usage and trends.
Create new and enhance existing dashboards from the various sources of data.
Carry out data modeling and build scenarios to allow decision support.
Support other teams in using their data better by providing advice and support such as how to structure data.
Provide timely and accurate information in a way that is user-friendly, usable, and digestible.
Support the development of the business KPI library by adding new business metrics and dimensions.
Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations.
Implement row-level security on data.
Research, develop, and implement data-gathering methods.
Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models.
Support the platform managers and staff with reporting requests and provide training on technical excel.
Main Requirments :
Bachelors Degree.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience from the market Experience with Microsoft Office products
Communication & presentation skills Ability to solve problems and suggest solutions to improve business process and results
Desirable: Medical background Additional education / certification and experience in Underwriting / Actuary is an advantage Manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines;
comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic and ambituous business environment; manage both internal and external resources
Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
