Main duties
Reporting to the Head of Organizational Management, the Project Management Officer shall be responsible for specific assigned projects in view of supporting the business operations, the corporate functions as well as external clients.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Complete all assignments under the guidance of the Head of Organizational Management, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments. 
  • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them.
  • Contribute to pitches under the guidance of the Head of Organizational Management
  • Help and coach more junior project team members. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks until completion, ensure effective trouble shooting, problem resolution, conflict management, client & stakeholder management.
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure.
  • Discuss with the Head of Organizational Management on ideas of possible future needs of the operating units that may lead to projects. 
  • General contribution to Allianz Services 
  • His/her contributions shall be aligned with the company’s strategic objectives to be a cost -effective and lean organization.

 

Key requirements and skills

  • University degree or equivalent experience 
  • Experience* in Project Management with exposure to Agile Project Methodology and/or Consultancy and/or Operational insurance business
  • Project and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement 
  • Experience in change management, integration, and reorganization as well as training and coaching 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience 
  • Communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills 
  • Strategic and operational management experience 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent French & English written and spoken


Desired requirements and skills

  • 3-5 years of professional experience* in international environment 
  • Organization and process management skills 
  • Project/program/transition management for major international projects, as well as expertise in the areas of project planning and project costing, time and budget management, resource planning and management
