The role

Achieve portfolio targets through acquisition of new customers 


Future Challenges

  •  Ensure long-term profitability and quality of new business
  •  Identify new business opportunities


Main Tasks

Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality
   - Acquire new customers based on leads given by Market in adherence to the AZ TRADE Commercial Rules and Internal Rules (evaluating the contract proposal, deciding the technical conditions, leading the negotiations)
   - Ensure proper pricing oriented to domestic and export market, turnover, trade sector (of the prospect and of the buyers), loss ratio, number and expositions of buyers and other consistent paramaters
   - Provide for reporting activities
Special attention for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards
   - Improve the processes to be more Customer Service oriented, whether internal or external, and reduce costs 
   - Interact closely with other core functions (i.e., Portfolio, Contract-Legal, Distribution, Risk, Claims, PM)
   - Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability 
     and quality of customer portfolio
   - verify the compliance of all procedures as well as the achievement of results

   - Capacity to meet market requirements with the respect of policies' profitability

   - Ability to have good relation with the team
   - Ability to liaise with members of other core functions
   - Ability to convince intermediaries and customers in negotiations
