About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Owner to join our team. The Service Owner will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of OE specific services, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management, technical understanding of services, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset and understanding of DORA compliance.

What you do
- Develop domain knowledge: Understands the relevant business processes, products and IT service management internal and external components (resources, capacities, licenses, IT assets, configurations, etc.).
- Service Management: Oversees the lifecycle of IT services from inception and design through delivery, operation, and continuous improvement, and decommissioning. Ensures IT services comply with security policies, standards, regulations. Support IT governance and audit requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination: Collaborates with stakeholders, including customers, relevant cross-functional internal teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure IT service alignment with business needs. Provides efficient and proactive support to all counterparts involved in IT service management. Acts as the first point of escalation for the assigned IT services.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish Defines, delivers, monitors and analyses key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure IT service quality and performance meet agreed-upon standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifies opportunities for service enhancements and implements changes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Proactively identifies and mitigates risks associated with IT services delivery and performance.
- Budget Management: Oversees and manages the IT service budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepares and maintains all IT service relevant documentation (operational manuals, disaster recovery plans, SLAs, OLAs, etc.) and drives implementation of appropriate processes and tools to efficiently update the same.
- Service Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of service processes and prepare comprehensive regular reports on service performance and improvement initiatives. Ensures adequate reporting and service standards are met for specific IT services. Actively contributes to Service Reviews, Dashboards presenting the same.
- Service Strategy Management: Creates plans to enhance the provision of IT Services.
What you bring
- University degree in a technical field of study
- ITIL certification (minimum Foundation level) or equivalent service management framework qualification
- In-depth understanding of core technical concepts related to the role (e.g. ITSM)
- Advanced level of English – both in oral and in written form
- Experience utilizing enterprise-grade tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Ability to absorb complex, conflicting information and use it to produce solution
