We are announcing an opening for the following position in our Budapest Office:

Personal assistant

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing top level professional support to the CEO
  • Arranging meetings, calls, appointments and taking care of calendars
  • Screening phone calls and requests (and handling them when appropriate)
  • Event management and organization (e.g. workshops)
  • Preparing timesheet and expense reports for CEO
  • Maintaining accounting records; monitoring, reviewing, and approving standard expenditures (e.g. purchase orders, invoices)
  • Managing ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Handling approved travel requests by arranging flights, hotel, etc.
  • Translation in meetings; arrange translation for meetings and documents
  • Support in preparation of documents, presentations, reports, preparation of meeting minutes when need (acting as substitute to the CEO’s Executive Assistant)
  • Interaction with executives and experts on local and regional level on a daily basis
  • Cooperating with other departments (e.g. finance, controlling, HR, IT, MM etc.)

 

Requirements:

  • College or university degree
  • Excellent command of English written and spoken
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive, excellent problem-solver and decision maker
  • Highly organized personality
  • Demonstrates high sensitivity for managing confidential issues
  • Punctual, reliable in execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ambition to develop
  • Good networking and collaboration skills
