Job role

The IT PMO will be part of the Business Application Services within Allianz Technology SE and he/she will support our customers in the Infrastructure & Information Security area.



  • Handles projects of different levels of complexity based on the existing methods and processes
  • Provides administrational support for set-up & preparation of meetings incl. results documentation
  • Setup and maintain of collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Allianz Connect) and ensures access of all team members
  • Respects and follows the processes, rules and principles regarding initiation, documentation, estimation, approvals and timeline
  • Supports customers and stakeholders with their requests and acts as business analyst for specific requirements
  • Manages and coordinates the relationship with the stakeholders
  • Ensures that improvements and new functionalities are considered in the projects to evolve the IT area continuously.
  • Facilitates the team meetings
  • Obtains the necessary approvals for projects and contracts and manages the financial aspects of the project
  • Manages the risks of the projects as well as the quality of the deliverables
  • Participates in all sprint planning meetings and plans additional tasks accordingly
  • Deliver the projects in the agreed timeline, quality and budget



  • 3-5 years professional experience as a PMO
  • Ability to act as a business analyst for identity and access management topics
  • Training/experience in Agile methodology
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in and manage virtual teams in an international environment
  • International project and job expertise
  • Self-motivated and customer-centric working style
  • High level of self-organization and initiative-
  • Strong ability to work under pressure



  • Basic IT technical understanding
  • Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in reporting (tools, processes, templates)
  • Ability to prioritize, estimate time requirements and meet deadlines
  • High motivation to manage and finalize tasks in a complex environment
