Job role

 

Together with the HR Business Partners' team in Germany, you act as a subject matter expert for People Data Reporting topics.

 

You will reach out to local teams across the Allianz Technology group to gather the required data, also ensuring data quality and consistency, as well as delivering the reporting results.

All the while you will be striving for adherence to the Allianz global standards and providing an outstanding user and customer experience.

 

You closely collaborate with Allianz Technology People function Product Owners (Centers of Expertise) and Business Partners, as well as IT functions, service providers and the Allianz Group’s global HR function

 

 

What you will do

 

  • HR Data Reporting on various areas: talent, employment data, equal pay, CSRD, etc and HR metrics
  • Develop standard and ad-hoc reports, templates, dashboards and organization metrics using SAP, SuccessFactors, MS Excel and MS Access tools
  • SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors data extraction, validation and analysis; identify and select appropriate methods for validating and verifying database extractions and data integrity.
  • Respond to various requests for information, as needed; escalate to supervisor as appropriate
  • Ensure a high data quality in our global HR systems
  • Prepare detailed recommendations for areas of focus and improvement, based on data analysis.
  • Acts as data expert when coming to analysis of HR data, creation and provision of lists (local data systems (e.g. local SAP))
  • Independent systemic handling of all reorganizations in Germany (German Skills required)
  • Act as Interface for data, EC and reorg topics to the Business Partner, Business as well internal stakeholders in Germany like APAS (German Skills required)
  • Monitoring the data and contributes that the data quality has a high standard
  • Comply with various regulations and different processes and agreements in Germany

 

 

 

What you bring

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related area or comparable
  • education and experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferably also VBA and MS Access
  • Fluent in both spoken and written German (intermediary level) and English
  • Expertise in data reporting activities
