Job role

The role will be part of Financial Business Service department and will offer support to controlling team of Allianz SE and mainly involves consolidation, computation, financial analysis and reporting of insurance products.







  • Process-steps include input collection and validation in discussion with the data providers, preparation and aggregation as well as the creation, analysis and submission of reports
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports including analysis, customization of tables and data aggregation of the sales/products
  • Conduct a product and financial reporting for all insurance business sold via our main bank assurance partner
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly deliverables to different stakeholders which have clearly defined deadlines
  • Follow-up and ensure quality of information received from OE/stakeholders;
  • Analyze completeness/plausibility of information and identify the mismatches
  • Contact the data provider in case sales/products details (e.g. amounts/quantities) should be adjusted/clarified
  • Discuss with controlling department to clarify the process requirements;
  • Provide gap analysis (comparison with previous months/plan/forecast/actual sales) by using the required reports and tools;
  • Prepare reports on all insurance business sold via bank assurance partners of Allianz in CEE region.
  • Contribute to conceptual change and further improvement/ development of the reporting template/process
  • Other controlling financial tasks including collection, critical analysis and aggregation of the sales
  • Financial planning for OE’s main bank assurance partner for Central and Eastern Europe, data preparation in the context of impairment testing for the CEE regional area





  • University Degree (preferably Business Administration or similar);
  • Working experience in reporting/insurance industry would be a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Basic knowledge in SAP system;
  • Fluent English written and spoken;
