Responsibilities

  • Creation of project order agreements (including templates)
  • Preparing cost calculations for some of the services
  • Following up on outstanding project order agreements in order to receive signature from customer
  • Updating the Connect page
  • Coordination with various project stakeholders
  • Working together with Financial manager to provide information for invoicing and billing
  • support organizational project management tools and software; implement and maintaining different (administrative) procedures
  • Overview PM project tracking, manage databases and communities
  • Taking meeting minutes, preparing presentations, maintain and update the management report
  • Facilitate team collaboration and communication via Teams and Connect

 

Requirements

  • Very good written and oral English skills

  • Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
