Job role: Contract management process coordinator with Allianz Consulting

As a Contract Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the global Contract management team within the Internal Services & Business Development unit of Allianz Consulting. You will be teaming up with a global team to ensure governance of the contract lifecycle, by reviewing documents and aligning with internal stakeholders on gaps in coverage until ensure the signature of all relevant parties using a digital signature tool.



  • Review and align contractual documents prepared by Allianz Consulting internal stakeholders (e.g. Engagement Managers)
  • Provide Allianz Consulting’s internal stakeholders with objective advisory services in the dedicated area of the contract lifecycle, based on a solid understanding of their businesses and in line with the regulatory environments, including contract definition, assessing gaps in coverage and handling of any change requests
  • Ensure governance of contracts and proper documentation of related documents, to enable Finance department to setup projects for time tracking
  • Support in managing a centrally maintained mailbox for all contract related inquiries in close alignment with Allianz Consulting’s global contract management team to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the entire contract management process
  • Strive for continuous improvement of contract management processes, tools and templates to simplify and enhance the internal collaboration as well as the overall process
  • Manage key internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority within the Allianz Group OEs.



  • Higher education degree in business administration, economics or comparable qualification;
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication);
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good communication skills also in challenging situations with the ability to build rapport with remote team and other stakeholders;
  • Attention to detail while working in complex environments and sticking to short timelines
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality
  • Process, project management and IT service management training and / or certification desirable.
  • Experience in working with digital signature tools (e.g. Namirial) is a plus
