Job role

As part of the Personal Assistance Department you will provide remote support to an Executive in the Allianz group.



  • Calendar management – including setting-up meetings, follow-up with the attendees, room booking, coordination with other EAs/PAs of the Board Members;
  • Attending meetings -  taking minutes and follow-up on actions;
  • E-mail screening
  • Events coordination - organizing different workshops, conferences, meetings and off-sites
  • Organizing onboarding of internals and externals & leavers management administration;
  • Travel coordination - bookings for hotels, airplanes, transfers, VISA quick access, car rental;
  • Consolidating Power Point presentations and Excel reports;
  • Other general administrative tasks and on demand reports


Requirements / Skills

  • Good organizing skills
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Customer and service oriented demeanor
  • Energetic and flexible approach to work, able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Good process, project and time management skills with ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
  • Relevant working experience in a large organization in an international environment
  • Strong team player with proven experience to collaborate across different teams
  • Very good communication skills, fluent English written and spoken and an eye for detail
  • Proficient at Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and with new channels and tools
