To reinforce our HR Benelux team, Allianz is currently looking for a Reward and Performance Specialist. You want to shape and maintain the benefits of a major Benelux player in the insurance sector? You want to steer the performance cycles within a complex multinational organization? Then we are looking for you to set the standard for our industry as our new Reward and Performance Specialist!


What are you going to do?


  • Align Benelux Reward policies to local legislation and group guidelines: screens, recommends and (re) writes policies such as mobility policy, incentive schemes, social plan, early retirement plans, performance plan;
  • Review and communicate governance policies related to job catalogue, pay scales, fringe benefits offer, performance review;
  • Launch and keep track of Reward & Performance processes, ensuring accurate data input and reporting;
  • Take part in answering Audit requests;
  • Support in preparing presentations for Board, Compensation Committee, HR Community;
  • Communication towards employees: e.g. through Reward & Performance mailboxes, messages on intranet.


What does the team and department look like?


You will be working within our BeNeLux HR department consisting of 40 people from different HR disciplines. You will have three direct Rewards & Performance colleagues but you will also work closely with our HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams.

What will you bring to the table?


You have minimum a Bachelor degree in HR, Finance or related field? Check! Proven experience as Rewards and/or Performance analysis? Check! You are fluent in English and Dutch or French? Check! You’re an expert in Excel and PowerPoint? Check! You have a good understanding of pay elements? Check! Good understanding of HRIS Tools, preferably SuccessFactors? Check! You have strong communication and analytical skills? Check! Team work makes the dream work? Check!
