You'll be speaking with students on campus regarding our Overseas Student Health Cover program (OSHC) along with promotions and student assistance.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring Allianz Global Assistance is seen by students on campus as the number one OSHC provider.
- Providing superior customer service to students and staff on campus at client institutions.
- Delivering orientation / information presentation sessions.
- Working with international students displaying empathy and professionalism to assist with their medical health insurance enquiries.
- Delivering information, advice and support in a manner best received by the individual client cognisant of their cultural, religious and language requirements.
- Attention to detail and work within policy guidelines, governance and internal procedures.
- Sales support activities

- Is able to handle fast paced, challenging environments

- Can problem solve with a methodical approach using logical thought processes
- Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and/or speak other languages
- Is computer literate and proficient across Microsoft Suites
- Has experience with processing, data entry and/or administration
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work independently
- Sales experience highly regarded
