You'll be speaking with students on campus regarding our Overseas Student Health Cover program (OSHC) along with promotions and student assistance. 

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring Allianz Global Assistance is seen by students on campus as the number one OSHC provider.
  • Providing superior customer service to students and staff on campus at client institutions.
  • Delivering orientation / information presentation sessions.
  • Working with international students displaying empathy and professionalism to assist with their medical health insurance enquiries.
  • Delivering information, advice and support in a manner best received by the individual client cognisant of their cultural, religious and language requirements.
  • Attention to detail and work within policy guidelines, governance and internal procedures.
  • Sales support activities
