What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Senior Manager Assistance Support and is responsible for two key streams of work:

  1. Accountability for the generation and delivery of communications and content for for our Contact Centre on strategic and operational updates 
  2. Administrative support for Contact Centre Teams and Leaders

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Strong written communication skills; where an upbeat and informative voice can succinctly communicate in an often dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Create and manage content for electronic knowledge hub for Contact Centre Teams 
  • Manage and coordinate with senior leaders to create the monthly Contact Centre Newsletter  
  • Provide administration support to the Contact Centre: producing correspondence and presentations; organising appointments and travel arrangements; fielding requests and escalating urgent matters; organising events and business functions.
  • Responsible for the development and management of an annual calendar of engagement activities 
  • Manage new and existing employee user profiles and system access 
  • Complete monthly purchase orders and reconciliations and other administrative tasks 

 

What makes a successful Communications and Delivery Specialist?

  • Digital marketing experience would be highly regarded
  • Excellent written skills including punctuation, grammar and experience with content management
  • Understanding of a contact centre business unit
  • Advanced MS office suite skills and experience in web design and content production is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional presentation and excellent people skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion.
  • Excellent time management, organisational and can work under pressure.
