Job Summary

This role responsible for Branch Operations, Customer Service, Decentralization of Policy Servicing and Agency Support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face customer service to Life and General insurance policyholders
  • Complaint handling and escalation
  • Premium collections, reconciliation and banking
  • Decentralization of policy servicing
  • Attending to enquiries and appeals from Life agents on operational issues
  • Execution of operational transformation initiatives under new work model

Key Requirements

  • Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt well to fast paced environment.
  • Able to travel within Northern Region.
  • Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
