  • Overseeing all areas of assigned function, implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing all phases of assigned business transformation projects.
  • Developing and evaluating opportunities for the creation of business cases/models
  • Assess the implications of the business change, analyse and map business processes, and identify the required actions needed to transition
  • Providing proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, or improve customer experience

Must have

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the Insurance Industry, or related areas

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
