1) Success rate of New prospect

• Service and assess customers’ needs information on products Motor and Non-motor (Personal accident, Fire, Cancer)
• Follow up and improve the actual sales / renewal/ service performance against the targets, define the areas of improvement, and provide the recommendations

2) Operational Excellency

• Performing the direct calls by using the standard sales scripts, providing the necessary information regarding to products and services, to promote and sell company’s products and services
• Ensure the systems and administration related tasks are completed                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
• Follow the company's guidelines including QC guidelines and fully complied with OIC and other law or regulations
• Co-ordinate with other units to ensure smooth daily operations

Must Have

• Bachelor’s  Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related field
• Basic knowledge of office software/ skills such as excel, email, line, etc.
• Service minded

Nice to Have

• Ability to optimize sales and service processes
• Experience in call center, telesales, or sales fields in insurance or banking business is preferred
• Fluent in English language be advantage
