This position has responsibility for the Training Academic support & Learning Management system; defining the training needs, as well as the design of training courses and curriculums, any potential improvement opportunities and propose the actions for improvement the development of training materials and provide guidance for training sessions and other related learning experiences  to the target audiences in Agency distribution, reviews the training evaluation reports, defines any potential areas of improvement. Moreover this position will be responsible for the coordination, and development of training programs, personnel and classroom facilities, creating and sustaining an environment of academic and professional excellence for agents on development, growth, involvement, and recognition of agents and environment which is conducive to innovation, positive thinking and expansion.


1) Training Development : internal and regional project; AZAP LIMRA KBI Research and Development;

-  developing the professional training materials for different groups of audiences, based on training design

- Review the accuracy and completeness of training contents, and ensure that the contents support the training objectives defined

- Track and monitor to ensure that all training development activities are performed in an accurate and timely manner

- Drive for continuous improvement and enhancement of the quality of training and development programs with the aim of driving sales performance

- Develop and create learning technologies (e.g. website or video-based learning-e learning)


2) Training Course Design; 

- Define the overall training plan and activities for Agency Training and Development team

- Work together and partner with the relevant parties (Agency) to perform sales training needs analysis, design new sales training courses and review the existing training programs to improve the quality and performance of training programs

- Proactively seek feedback on the existing training course and curriculum, define any opportunities for improvement,

- provide recommendations related to sales training program (e.g. leveraging the existing learning resources, improving material support or other self-paced curriculum)

3) Training Report & Evaluation

- Partner with the relevant parties to ensure the continuous improvement of training and development programs with the goal of driving sales performance

- Provide advice and coaching for team to handle training evaluation in order to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of all training activities (e.g. training evaluations, training tests and participation rates)

- Track and monitor to ensure that training and development programs are delivered with quality according to plan

- Review the training evaluation reports, define any areas for improvement, and provide suggestions / solutions

4) Strategy and Design Publicity; 

- provide support to training strategy and approach for Agency training and development programs with the aim to achieve high sales performance from Agency channels

- Provide and deliver training and development programs for Agency in alignment with the company’s strategy and approach

- Design of promotional materials that publicise training program and initiatives

- Review and update training material in all communication channels, signboard, training venue

5) Training Operation & Learning Management System

- Supervise and taking action as LMS admin, cooperate with relevant parties to ensure the effective of  LMS 

- Supervise on data import and export to ensure the accurate and timely maner

- Data gathering and provide analysis report to measure effectiveness of training programs based on key performance indicators; Productivity report, Monthly report by area, Writes reports used by management

- Develops and maintains a database for tracking of training results, Number of attendants (all training programs from all channels)

- Conduct research work, and provide the results summary report

- Maintain and keep update on LMS Data management

- Develops and maintains a database for tracking of training results


Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or other related fields
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in Sales Training and Development, Sales/ Distribution, Sales Support, Sales Communications, or other related fields in the banking or insurance industries
