Job Purpose
Australia are currently undergoing a huge transformation project in the Identity and Access management function called LIAM. With this additional requirement, SEC Admin role is required for user provisioning which have to inline with Allianz’s standards and strategies. The role also required to provide initial user support with access manager and promote security awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical advice to team members and support their efforts in implementing and maintaining security solutions, which include Security and Identity and Access Management services
- Ensure consultative working relationship with customers/stakeholders
- Resolve client problems, queries and complaints in an effective and timely manner
- Use appropriate communication tools to ensure that customers/stakeholders are up to date on status of requests/problems
- Build strong understanding of customer needs
- Provide documentation of all issues, status updates and resolution for tracking and trending analysis
- Provide reports to manage workload including statistics
- Demonstrate cost awareness through creativity with current resources and being cost effective in the work environment
- Manage incidents and requests effectively, distribute workload across team members in accordance with their capacity to process, and Monitor SLAs
- Provide accurate cost analysis and time estimates for the development of IT security solutions as required
- Provide long term strategic input into IT security Solutions.
- Knowledge of industry standards and government regulations relevant to IT Security
- Produce accurate and effective (both cost and time) reports that satisfy IT security and audit compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements, this may involve new technology, simplified processes or automating manual systems.
- Promote a high-performance culture by setting achievable deliverables, whilst maintaining an acceptable quality level. Sharing responsibility for team performance by active participation, open communication and team-based targets

Key requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or related field
- 10 years exposure to implementing and maintaining security and IAM solutions
- Excellent team management skills
- Capable of working with Cx0 level stakeholder
- Broad understanding of IT Security principles, standards and practices associated with networks, internet, email, operating systems, firewalls,VPN's, databases, virus management, intrusion detection, cryptography and e-commerce, with high level expertise/specialisation in several of these fields
- Experience in identity and access management Security solutions - implementation, administration and maintenance
- Ability to work within targets and deadlines with minimum supervision
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving competencies
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
