Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya 

  • Responsible for ensuring governance controls and process (Procurement Standard, Outsourcing Policies and related Functional Rules) are compiled by team.
  • Developing all relevant procurement information (i.e. contracts monitoring, saving, vendor evaluation) shall be completed on time.
  • Be the contact point of Outsourcing enquiries and support team to meet yearly Protection and Resilient assessment target score.
  • Maintain outsourcing inventory list and central files.
  • Work with relevant functions and communicate the outsourcing requirement policies, procedures to businesses stakeholders, providing support, training and ongoing awareness as required.
  • Monitor Procurement controls and standards and provide report or communication on regular basis (i.e. saving report, outsourcing report, contract notification etc.)
  • Supporting the complex procurement projects and ensure delivery of project management.
  • Conduct supplier’s performance review. Combine a thorough understanding of supplier performance KPIs and of current issues and drive improvement actions required.
  • Ensure timely report and escalation risks and issues through relevant parties.

Must Have 

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • At least 5 years related experience in procurement and third party management
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement and outsourcing processes and policies
  • Familiar with typical internal governance requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command of English
