Your day at Allianz Ayudhyaz:

• Provide a technical referral point for team members and advise key loss and wider trends to line of business
• Execute strategic initiatives within team in order to meet team performance per the required criteria and ensure best practice to use among the team
• Ensure claims are accurately assessed and proactively reserved within agreed service levels
• Manage Team performance, Team professional and technical development, Telecommunication and Team compliance meet target
• Provide effective resolution of claims level which are handled by team
• Possess personal development and succession planning for individuals within the team
• Be efficiency on communication to all relevant stakeholders
• Work on paperless to ensure efficiency and completeness of claim process according to the company’s policy and targets
• Acquire and improve own knowledge and skills from both internal and external sources to ensure your own work’s quality and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and detect all fraud in claim area both internal and external
• Lead Execution from meeting or new policy or any changes
• Control and monitor all service providers to ensure that they provide the excellent service to meet with the company’s target and improve it in more efficiency.
• Review work output and conduct staff performance (SLA) appraisal to ensure that staff performance meet with service standards

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Non-motor Claim
• Good English communication

Nice to have:

• Experience in using claims/CRM systems
• Experience in data collection, evaluation, and interpretation
