This position will responsible for providing the financial reports (IFRS), summarize the key findings, coordinate with the relevant departments and ensure that the reports are submitted to all relevant parties with accuracy and in timely manner.

Senior Specialist – Reporting defines the direction, guideline and timeline for AZAY budget planning. This position conducts workshop sessions with the representatives of all divisions/ departments to define perform budget planning, and monitor to ensure the alignment between the payment and the approved budget.

 

  • Financial Reporting
    • Manage team in collecting the information and preparing the financial reports as below:
      1. Statutory Financial Statement Report
      2. Monthly and Annual Report for OIC and regulators
      3. Management Report (e.g. profit/ loss report by ABC, cost centre report)
      4. Reports for Allianz Group (e.g. monthly report, UOP report, OTP report)
      5. Other ac-hoc financial reports according to the request from other departments
    • Perform further analysis, based on the information shown in the financial reports, summarize key findings, and coordinate with the relevant departments in case of having problems/ issues
    • Review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of analysis on statutory financial statement report
    • Submit the reports to all relevant parties (e.g. external auditors, OIC, business development office department)
  • Budget Planning & Package
    • Define the direction, guideline and timeline for AZAY budget planning
    • Arrange, lead and conduct workshop sessions with the representatives of all divisions/ departments to define perform budget planning
    • Prepare the proposed annual budget planning report, and seek for approval from the authorized persons
    • Track and monitor to ensure the alignment between the payment and the approved budget
    • Manage and coordinate with the representatives of all divisions/ departments in revising the budget at mid-year
    • Manage and coordinate with the representatives of all divisions/ departments for budget transfer during the year
  • Tax
    • Gather info and calculate corporate income tax
    • Being a person to check the rule with tax consultant
  • Project handling
    • Being a member of relating projects
    • Lead on Accounting & Finance process improvement

 

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, or related filed
  • 3 Years in Finance and Accounting, or other related fields in insurance or banking business
