BROKER&BANK CHANNEL SUPERVISOR OR EXECUTIVE

Key requirements/What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree

• Commercial bank experience is a plus: 5 – 7 years

• Build and enhance relationships with both banks and customers

• Ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio

• Assisting to acquire new banks as partner.

• Expert know-how in specifics of market

• Good skills and background in financial analysis is an asset

• Good analytical, problem solving, decision-making and communication skills

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written is a must

Key responsibilities/What you do

• To achieve portfolio targets as well as acquisition of new customers

• To follow the performance of a new customer for the fisrt year of the policy closely with Account Management Team

• Provide high level contact/relation with the banks and brokers
