CAI stands for Conversational Artificial Intelligence. The CAI team within the DIXD (Digital Interaction and Experience Design) department is the single point of contact within the Allianz Group, when it comes to A.I. based services. The core purpose of the CAI unit is to shape future customer care processes using A.I. based intelligent services like Voicebots and Chatbots.

Our team designs, delivers, and runs Voice- & Chatbots for Allianz entities worldwide which means that…

  • we shape ideas how customer processes could be automated (using Voice-/Chatbots).
  • we design implementation projects and offer them to Allianz entities worldwide.
  • we drive implementation projects and bring the desired Voice-/Chatbot to market readiness.
  • we ensure 24/7 operations of the final Voice-/Chatbots via our operations team.
  • We continously improve the Voice-/Chatbot environment and implement new innovative features.

 

The CAI team is currently building up a global team of expert’s driving design, implementation, and operations. We are a young and international team, located in Munich (Germany) and Barcelona (Spain) plus an operational site in Trivandrum (India).

You Will

Supporting our Product Owner and Scrum Master in the area of Conversational AI (CAI) in contributing to the development of various key projects for Allianz entities around the globe

More in detail:
Support the PO:

      • Preparation of Sprint ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement etc.) and PI planning events
      • Communicating with project stakeholders, including team members, clients and Allianz Technology management
      • Monitoring projects and identifying potential issues and propose solutions
      • Propose new practices for improving the Backlog management
      • Create project documentation
  • Preparation and follow up of meetings (presentations, organization etc.)
  • Support the building-up of a Center of Excellence for Bot Design within the Development Team
  • Helping to ensure that development deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Support the SM:

  • Compute and analyze metrics and KPIs related to Development Team
  • Prepare and facilitate Sprint Retrospectives
  • Support in the organization of Tribe events and trainings
  • Contribute to the removal of impediments outside the responsibility of the Development Team
  • Monitoring the Tribe health and challenge the status quo

 

Your Skills

 

  • Master or MBA student in the field of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management and Technology or similar courses of study
  • At least 6 months of remaining time of studies
  • Advanced skills in MS Office as well as Jira and Confluence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional structured and team-oriented way of working
  • High degree of commitment and enthusiasm
  • Self-driven, proactive and highly motivated mindset
  • Interest in working at an IT Service provider in the insurance/ reinsurance business
  • Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
